Helping Hands Group NGO is a youth-led, nonprofit organization. Based in the city of Sahibganj, Jharkhand, the organization takes up wide-ranging tasks, focused on education, health, hygiene, awareness and the elimination of hunger and poverty. Organizing blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, co-curricular events and distribution of food and clothes among the most marginalized sections of the society, are a few of the several initiatives undertaken by the Helping Hands Group nonprofit organization.

Furthermore, Helping Hands stood up for the battle against Covid-19 Pandemic, helping out people in need by delivering medicines and groceries, coordinating heath support by providing oxygen cylinders, promoting vaccination campaign etc. Further, food relief were given to the needy who were mostly affected by Covid-19 pandemic. The team is continuously striving to find more ways to offer help to the townsfolk of Sahibganj, and that of the neighbouring areas.
About the members of the Helping Hands Group
Abhideepsh Prashant Sagar
Abhideepsh Prashant Sagar is the founding President of Helping Hands Group. He is pursuing his grads in English Literature, from Sido Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka. Simultaneously, he is also pursuing dual degree in Psychology from one of the oldest known Universities of the world: Nalanda Open University. Abhideepsh believes that age or qualifications must never be a step back for anyone. Strong will power with ethics and hard work can easily bring us success.
Amit Mishra
Amit Mishra is an advisor to Helping Hands Group NGO. He is a Post Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is also a teacher, corporate communications manager for a couple of brands and also delivers food in the evening from his food venture. Amit believes proper communication is the key to success. He has stern belief that Communication, the human connection, is the key to succes in life and career.
Renuka Prasad
Renuka Prasad is the founding Vice-president of Helping Hands NGO. She is pursuing her LLB from TNB Law College, Bhagalpur, and has spent more than 6 year as a par-legal volunteer. She’s also a professional dance and yoga trainer. She believes that nothing happens by chance, we write our own fate by our actions.
Kumar Dipanshu
Kumar Dipanshu is the founding Secretary of Helping Hands Non Government Organization. He is pursuing his graduation in BCA from Sido Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka. He’s also the coordinator of ‘Helping Hand Blood Donation’ and is simultaneously handling HR management. He believes in the morals of Swami Vivekananda. to arise. awake and stop not until goal is achieved.
Dr. Surendranath Tiwari
Dr. Surendranath Tiwari is an advisor to Helping Hands NGO. He has a doctorate in Aadim Pahadiya Janjati. He runs Jharkhand Private ITI College and is also the President of Kaushalya Jyoti Trust. His mission is to reach education, health and necessary services to the last person of the society.
