1. Ms. Doli Kumari of Borio honored by the School Management
On Wednesday, Ms. Doli Kumari of Borio was honored by Principal Sushil Kumar Jha and teacher Shahid Iqbal of +2 R.K. School for her outstanding performance in the JAC XII Board Examination. She scored 432 marks in JAC Intermediate Arts 2022 Examination and became the second topper in Sahibganj District. The Principal also wished Doli a bright future.
2. Akash Pandey became Jharkhand State General Secretary of Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party for the second time
Akash Pandey, a resident of Talbanna, Sahibganj, has been re-appointed as Jharkhand State General Secretary on behalf of the Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party. Rajkumar Raj, Party’s State President, made this announcement in the divisional meeting of Santal Parganas held in Dumka Parishad.
3. Conductor and Driver injured after the potato-laden truck overturned in Jalebia More
On Wednesday morning, the conductor (Gangadhar Mandal) and driver (Karan Ghati) of Pakur were injured after the potato-laden truck overturned in Jalebia More on the Borio-Sahibganj road. This happened due to a brake failure while descending from the valley. After the incident, the injured have been admitted to Sahebganj Sadar Hospital for treatment by nearby people. The police are also further investigating the matter.
